Ajinkya Rahane Named KKR Captain, Venkatesh Iyer as Vice-Captain for IPL 2025
Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) have officially named Ajinkya Rahane as their captain for IPL 2025, with Venkatesh Iyer taking over as vice-captain. The franchise aims to build on its winning momentum as it gears up to defend its title.

KKR will begin their IPL 2025 campaign against Royal Challengers Bengaluru at Eden Gardens on March 22 2025. Fans can expect an electrifying clash as the two powerhouses battle it out in the season opener.
